our Return policy
Before returning a product, please understand the following return policies,
- Refund amount process after a week from the day of receiving your product return.
- Return your goods with a proper invoice copy.
- Return deliveries should be traceable by us following the tracking no. etc.
- Reason to return should be clearly specified in a return submission form.
- Return delivery and extra charges will be responsibility of the sender.
- Return will only be granted after 3 days of receiving the product.
- Exchange is not possible.
